PROLONGED ANGER LEADS TO SELF DESTRUCTION.

Stop being angry! Turn from your rage! Do not lose your temper— it only leads to harm.

If you no longer communicate with your partner as before when you met chances are the seed of anger has started growing opening the doors for Satan and his demons into your home. Always think about the implications of saying a thing before

speaking and be quick to apologize when you say the wrong things . Be accountable to a mature christian minister and pray for fresh love for each other everyday . 

 Reading the psalms loud and praise worship sessions  especially among other believers melts anger ( Psalm 34:1)  . In our daily prayers we should ask the Lord for the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit in our  lives  and meditate on Galatians 5:22 

" But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. "

Prayer ; Heavenly Father forgive me of my sins against you I believe Jesus Christ died and was raised again for my salvation I receive as lord and saviour and receive the Holy Spirit and power for emotional stability in Jesus name.
