   " Save now, I beseech thee, O LORD: O LORD, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.  " Psalms 118:25

   We are enjoined in phillipians 4:6 to pray about everything, this includes our prosperity like king David did during his trying times and doors were opened for him . Below is a model of such a prayer .

COVENANT PRAYER POINTS FOR PROSPERITY 

Father, thank You for bringing me through every fire and flood into Your wealthy place of abundance (Psalm 66:12).

  Lord, bless the work of my hands, my business, career and every godly idea with supernatural increase (Deuteronomy 28:12).

   Grant me the grace to remember and faithfully fulfil every vow and covenant commitment I have made before You.

  Make me abound in the grace of giving like the Macedonian and Philippian churches (2 Corinthians 8:7).

   Let Your favour cause men and women to bless, support and partner with me for Your glory, as You did for David and Solomon.

  Multiply every seed I sow into Your Kingdom and let the Gospel prosper through my life (2 Corinthians 9:10-11).

  Keep my heart free from greed, and make me a cheerful and faithful steward of Your blessings.

   Let my life become a testimony that the Lord prospers His servants for the advancement of His Kingdom.

DAILY CONFESSIONS

  The Lord is bringing me into His wealthy place of abundance and refreshment.

   God blesses the work of my hands and establishes my business and career.

   I remember my vows and honour the Lord with joyful obedience.

   I abound in the grace of giving and Kingdom partnership.

   God supplies seed for me to sow and multiplies every seed I sow.

   I walk in divine favour, and men are moved by God to bless and assist me.

   My life advances the Gospel, and I shall never lack the resources to fulfil God's purpose.

   The blessing of the Lord rests upon me, and through me many shall be blessed, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Good -Life Devotional: GOD GIVES SEED TO THE SOWER

   "Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness." — 2 Corinthians 9:10 (KJV)

     God's pattern has never changed: He prospers His people so they may become channels of blessing. Prosperity is not merely for personal enjoyment but for advancing the Kingdom of God ( Zechariah 1;17)    After bringing Israel through fire and water, God led them into a wealthy place (Psalm 66:12). Their first response was not self-indulgence but worship, thanksgiving and the fulfilment of vows (Psalm 66:13-17).

    Throughout Scripture, God entrusted resources to those committed to His purposes. Abraham became a blessing to the nations (Genesis 12:2-3). Solomon received extraordinary wealth, and rulers from every nation honoured him with gifts annually (1 Kings 10:22-25). David, while in distress, received support from loyal men whom God stirred to strengthen him until he became king (1 Chronicles 12:22). Likewise, the Philippian church repeatedly supported Paul's missionary work, and God promised to supply all their needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:15-19).

    Paul taught that "God is able to make all grace abound toward you" (2 Corinthians 9:8). He supplies seed to those willing to sow, multiplying their generosity and increasing the fruits of righteousness. Spiritual indebtedness is therefore not a burden but a privilege. It reflects gratitude, faith and partnership with God's redemptive work. 

    Neglecting covenant commitments weakens spiritual growth, but faithful giving positions believers for greater stewardship (Luke 16:10-12).

If God has rescued you, prospered your business, opened doors of employment or granted increase, remember your vows. Honour Him with your substance (Proverbs 3:9-10). The Lord delights in blessing those who use His provision to expand His Kingdom and proclaim the Gospel to every nation.

    In our daily prayers we should seek a healthy appetite for God's Word and a heart that  delights in Kingdom oriented giving .

Good -Life Devotional: ABOUND IN THIS GRACE ALSO

Text: "Therefore, as ye abound in every thing... see that ye abound in this grace also." — 2 Corinthians 8:7 (KJV)
    The New Testament continues the principle of spiritual indebtedness. After Jesus cleansed the leper, He commanded him, "Go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded" (Matthew 8:4). The miracle did not cancel covenant responsibility; rather, God's blessing called for grateful obedience.
    The Apostle Paul appealed to the Corinthians to imitate the Macedonian churches (2 Corinthians 8:1-7). Though enduring deep poverty and severe trials, the Macedonians gave generously because they first gave themselves to the Lord. Paul therefore urged the Corinthians to "abound in this grace also." The church at Philippi likewise partnered consistently with Paul's ministry, sending support more than once for his necessities (Philippians 4:15-19). Their generosity became "an odour of a sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, well pleasing to God," and Paul declared, "My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus."
    Neglecting spiritual indebtedness is counterproductive to faith because faith expresses itself through obedience and grateful stewardship. Malachi 3:10 declares that honouring God opens the windows of heaven. Proverbs 3:9-10 teaches that honouring the Lord with our substance brings increase. God gives seed to the sower and multiplies what is sown (2 Corinthians 9:8-11).
    Whenever God rescues you from         distress, remember your vows. Let His blessing upon your business, profession and opportunities become a testimony of thanksgiving. The Lord delights in prospering His servants, not merely for personal comfort, but so His kingdom advances, His Gospel spreads, and His name is glorified through faithful and joyful giving.
  In our daily prayers we should seek a healthy appetite for God's word and prosperity and a giving spirit to promote the gospel .

GOD WILL PROSPER YOU TO CLEAR YOUR SPIRITUAL INDEBTEDNESS

   Text: "Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water: but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place... I will go into thy house with burnt offerings: I will pay thee my vows." — Psalm 66:12-13 (KJV)
   Every believer may pass through seasons of fire and water—times of affliction, financial hardship, disappointment and persecution. Yet God's purpose is not to leave His children in lack but to bring them into "a wealthy place." The Hebrew expression is revayah (רְוָיָה), meaning abundance, saturation, overflowing satisfaction, prosperity and a place of refreshment. God's prosperity is covenantal; it equips His people to honour Him and fulfil their spiritual obligations.
   Notice that immediately after entering the wealthy place, the psalmist declared, "I will pay thee my vows." Prosperity was connected to worship, thanksgiving and covenant commitment. During distress, many believers make vows to God, promising to support His work if He grants deliverance. When God answers, those vows should be remembered and fulfilled. Ecclesiastes 5:4-5 warns that it is better not to vow than to vow and fail to pay.
    God prospered Solomon so that silver became plentiful, and kings from every nation brought him gifts year after year (1 Kings 10:22-25). Likewise, while David was in distress, God raised faithful men who strengthened and supplied him until he became a mighty king (1 Chronicles 12:22). The Lord can bless your business, your employment, your investments and your ideas. He can move people to show you goodwill and favour.
Psalm 40:14-15 reminds us that those who oppose God's purposes are put to shame, but the faithful rejoice in His salvation. Therefore, let prosperity become an opportunity to honour God rather than forget Him. The God who brings you into abundance expects grateful hearts that fulfil their covenant commitments.
   May the Lord prosper the work of your hands and make you faithful in every vow you have made to Him.

SPIRITUAL INDEBTEDNESS – PART 2
-The Blessing of Gospel Partnership-

Text: 2 Corinthians 9:8
   God never overlooks those who invest in His kingdom. After commending the generosity of the Macedonian and Philippian churches, Paul assured believers that "God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work" (2 Corinthians 9:8).    Kingdom generosity never impoverishes God's people; it positions them to experience His abundant provision (Proverbs 3:9–10; Luke 6:38; Malachi 3:10).
    Conversely, neglecting our spiritual indebtedness has serious consequences. When faithful ministers are unsupported, missionary work declines, churches remain spiritually immature, and fewer people hear the saving gospel of Jesus Christ. The result is exactly what Isaiah lamented: "Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge" (Isaiah 5:13). Hosea echoed the same truth: "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" (Hosea 4:6). A society deprived of sound biblical teaching inevitably experiences moral confusion, corruption, oppression, and spiritual bondage.
    The spread of the gospel depends upon believers who willingly partner with those whom God has called to preach. Through prayer, generous giving, and practical support, Christians become fellow workers in God's mission (3 John 5–8). Paul reminded the Corinthians that "he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully" (2 Corinthians 9:6), while the Philippians received God's promise: "My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19).
    Let us never forget our spiritual indebtedness. By faithfully supporting the preaching of the gospel, we help set captives free, strengthen Christ's Church, and extend God's kingdom to future generations.

SPIRITUAL INDEBTEDNESS – PART 1
-Our Duty to Support the Gospel-

Text: Romans 15:26–27
Romans 15:26–27 reveals an often-neglected principle of Christian discipleship: believers who have received spiritual blessings have a responsibility to support those who minister God's Word. Paul explained that the churches of Macedonia and Achaia gladly gave to the poor saints in Jerusalem because they recognised that they had become partakers of Israel's spiritual heritage. Therefore, they considered it a privilege to minister to them in material things.
    The Macedonian churches exemplified extraordinary generosity. Although they endured severe affliction and deep poverty, they gave joyfully and beyond their ability because they first surrendered themselves to the Lord (2 Corinthians 8:1–5). Likewise, the Philippian church repeatedly partnered with Paul in financing his missionary journeys when other churches failed to do so (Philippians 4:15–18). Their gifts were not merely financial transactions but acts of worship, described as "a sweet-smelling aroma, an acceptable sacrifice, well pleasing to God."
    Supporting faithful gospel ministers is not an optional act of charity but an expression of gratitude for the priceless gift of salvation. Paul taught the same principle elsewhere: "Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches" (Galatians 6:6). Jesus likewise declared that "the labourer is worthy of his wages" (Luke 10:7), and "those who preach the gospel should live from the gospel" (1 Corinthians 9:13–14).
    Every believer should view generous support for God's work as a sacred privilege. Those who invest in the gospel become fellow labourers with Christ, sharing in the eternal harvest of transformed lives.

THE DEVOURER REBUKED BY GOD (Part 2)

  - Giving That Produces Spiritual Fruit-

Text: "Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase." (Proverbs 3:9)

   The New Testament shifts the believer's focus from the ceremonial requirements of the Law to cheerful, grace-filled giving. While 1 Corinthians 16:1–2 does not explicitly command tithing, it establishes the principle of setting aside the first portion regularly for God's work before other expenditures. This reflects the enduring principle of putting God first. The blessing of the new testament believer is premised on faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross of cavalry and that faith demands corresponding work ( James 2: 17-24)  Faith alone without work is dead . 

   Christian giving is therefore more than charity. Almsgiving meets the needs of the poor, but dedicated giving for God's work expresses worship, gratitude, and reverential fear of the Lord. The Macedonian churches first "gave their own selves to the Lord" before giving materially (2 Corinthians 8:1–5). Their generosity flowed from hearts surrendered to Christ.

    Likewise, Paul teaches that "God loveth a cheerful giver" (2 Corinthians 9:7). The blessings of generous giving extend far beyond material increase. It results in thanksgiving to God, supplies the needs of His people, strengthens Christian fellowship, and glorifies Christ (2 Corinthians 9:8–14). Our giving becomes evidence that the gospel has transformed our hearts.

   Jesus Himself affirmed the principle of seeking God first: "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you" (Matthew 6:33). Every act of faithful giving declares that God is our Provider and our highest treasure.

    The greatest blessing is not merely protection from material loss but growth in faith, worship, and dependence upon God. When believers honour the Lord with the first and best of what He has entrusted to them, they cultivate a heart that fears God, trusts His promises, and experiences the joy of participating in His eternal purposes.
