Good -Life Devotional: HOW TO START A BUSINESS WITHOUT MONEY  ( Part 1)

1 Thessalonians 4:11-12

[11]And that ye study to be quiet, and to do your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you;

[12]That ye may walk honestly toward them that are without, and that ye may have lack of nothing. 

This scripture says every Christian should have a job or and a business to avoid corruption.  

  Here are business ideas you can start in Nigeria with little or no money, focusing on skills, creativity, and local needs:

1. FREELANCE WRITING

Offer content writing, blogging, or ghostwriting services to websites and individuals.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Manage social media accounts for small businesses and local influencers.

3. MOBILE PHONE REPAIRS (Apprenticeship First)

Learn phone repairs through mentorship, then start offering services with minimal tools.

4. TUTORING

Teach school subjects or exam prep (WAEC, JAMB, etc.) to students in your neighborhood or online.

5. ERRAND SERVICES

Run errands like grocery shopping, deliveries, and banking for busy professionals.

6. AFFILIATE MARKETING

Promote products online and earn commissions via platforms like Jumia Affiliate or Expertnaire.

7. DROPSHIPPING

Sell products online without owning inventory—only need a smartphone and supplier connection.

8. DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICES

Offer SEO, email marketing, or ad setup to local businesses after learning basic digital skills.

9. LAUNDRY/IRONING SERVICES

Start by helping neighbors or friends and grow by referrals.

10. CATERING/SMALL CHOPS

Start with home-cooked meals, puff-puff, or snacks to sell in your area or supply to offices.

 In our daily prayers we should seek a healthy appetite for God's word and humility and willingness to learn and work hard .

PRAYER : Heavenly Father forgive me of my sins against you I believe Jesus Christ died and was raised again for my salvation I receive him as lord and saviour and receive the Holy Spirit and power to overcome poverty.
