Good-Life Devotional: WALKING IN FREEDOM AND CONTENTMENT AWAY FROM BETTING AND GAMBLING.

   Freedom is not just about stopping a habit—it is about embracing a new life in Christ. God calls you to contentment and trust in Him as your provider.
1 Timothy 6:6 (AMP): “Godliness with contentment is great gain.”
Gambling thrives on dissatisfaction, but contentment destroys its power. When you trust God, you no longer chase illusions of sudden wealth.
Matthew 6:33 (AMP): “Seek first His kingdom… and all these things will be added to you.”
+ Replace The Habit  Of Gambling With Purposeful Living.
Ephesians 4:28 (AMP): “…let him do honest work…”
+ Engage In Productive Work, Build skills, and invest your time wisely.
+ You also need accountability. You need a spiritual guide ( pastor)
James 5:16 (AMP): “Confess your sins to one another…”
+ Don’t fight alone—God often uses people to strengthen you. Ask your pastor to pray for you whenever the urge arises .
+ Above all, walk daily in the Spirit.
Galatians 5:16 (AMP): “Walk habitually in the Holy Spirit…”
The Holy Spirit empowers you to overcome every craving and temptation.
Freedom is a daily walk, but victory is certain when you depend on God.
PRAYER : Heavenly Father, Forgive me for my sins against you I believe Jesus Christ died and was raised again for my salvation I receive him as Lord and saviour and receive the Holy Spirit and power to live in righteousness.
Thank You for the freedom You have given me through Christ. Teach me to be content and to trust You as my provider. Remove every desire for dishonest or quick gain and replace it with a love for righteousness.
Lord, guide my steps into productive work and wise decisions. Surround me with the right people who will encourage and strengthen me. Help me to walk daily in the Holy Spirit and not gratify the desires of the flesh.
I declare that I am free from the power of addiction. My life is aligned with Your will, and my future is secure in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
