PRAYING WOMAN (PART 2)

Luke 11:2 "And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth."  Prayer is seeking God's intervention in human affairs . It is about enforcement of divine order in a chaotic world . A praying wife seeks for order in the following areas : 

PRAYER POINTS OF A PRAYING WOMAN 

 1  PRESERVATION OF DESTINY

Scripture: “The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.” (Psalm 121:8)

Just as Zipporah’s act preserved Moses’ destiny, God can use your prayers to shield your husband and household from unseen dangers.

Prayer: Lord, preserve my husband and family from every form of destruction. Keep our destiny secure in You.

2) FRUITFULNESS

Scripture: “He gives the childless woman a family, making her a happy mother.” (Psalm 113:9)

   Hannah’s prayers turned barrenness into joy. Your prayers can turn every “closed door” in your family into open testimonies.

Prayer: Father, remove every barrenness—spiritual, financial, or emotional—from my life and home.

3 ) SPIRITUAL COVERING

Scripture: “He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge.” (Psalm 91:4)

A wife’s intercession invites God’s covering over her home. Your prayer is a shield against attacks.

Prayer: Lord, cover my household with Your wings of protection.

4)  GENTLE SPIRIT

Scripture: “A gentle tongue is a tree of life.” (Proverbs 15:4)

 A praying wife is not loud in strife but strong in prayer. Gentleness is power under control.

Prayer: Lord, fill me with a gentle, peace-carrying spirit that blesses my home.

 5 ) HUSBAND’S DESTINY

Scripture: “Be strong and courageous… for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)

 Behind every thriving man is often a praying wife. Your prayers can lift your husband in his assignment.

Prayer: Lord, strengthen my husband to fulfill his God-given purpose.

These prayers should be made in faith with a sense of assurance from the lord that they will be answered. 

PRAYER: Heavenly Father forgive me of my sins against you I believe Jesus Christ died and was raised again for my salvation I receive him as lord and saviour and receive the Holy Spirit and power to overcome bitterness and unforgiveness.
